Waste Collection Services for Businesses
We provide quick and efficient collection of electric and electronic waste. We have got a permit for collection and recycling from the Governor no. WSRiRW-II, SE/6620-58/07 from 10.12.2007. Our services are directed at enterprises, financial and insurance institutions, and state and local government offices. We offer an extensive service as for the management of waste electrical and electronic devices. We also cooperate with waste devices collectors (retail and wholesale sellers, public utility companies) who are obliged to collect waste devices from their users and pass them on to recycling companies.
According to the bill on waste electrical and electronic devices from July 29th, 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 180, item 1495) the above mentioned entities are classified as follows:
Device LAUNCHER is:
an entrepreneur who:
- produces and sells devices under their own name;
- sells devices under their own name that were made by another entity;
- runs a business connected with importing or inside-EU device purchase.
Device COLLECTOR is:
- a person who runs a waste device collection point, including retail and wholesale sellers, local government unit providing the collection of public waste, and an entrepreneur who has a permit for public waste collection;
- retail seller – an entrepreneur who, operating within their business activity, sells the device in order to use it;
- wholesale seller – an entrepreneur who, operating within their business activity, sells the device in order to further sell it.
Device USERS are:
private persons, financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, schools, enterprises, and state and local government units.
We collect all types of devices as mentioned in the attachment no. 1 to the bill on waste electrical and electronic waste from July 29th, 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 180, item 1495):
- Large household appliances
- Small household appliances
- IT and telecommunications equipment
- Consumer equipment
- Lighting equipment
- Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)
- Toys, leisure and sports equipment
- Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)
- Monitoring and control instruments
- Automatic dispensers
