Fichtner continues to successfully support developers and their investment teams in the delivery of major UK projects, enabling Energy from Waste (EfW), Advanced Thermal Treatment, Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT), Anaerobic Digestion (AD), Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) and In-Vessel Composting (IVC) facilities to be constructed.
Our team has developed and project managed the successful construction of new-build state-of-the-art EfW facilities and the refurbishment and upgrade of many of the UK`s existing plants. Key references include Ardley EfW, Lakeside EfW, Lincolnshire EfW, Riverside RRF, Runcorn TPS and Sheffield ERF.
As Technical Advisor to a range of developers, our team has supported the delivery of numerous stage wins across all recent major PPP and PFI waste management contracts, including several overall winning bids. Key references include City of York and North Yorkshire, Norfolk B and Oxfordshire PFI Contracts.
As Lender`s Technical Advisor we have supported a range of major waste projects reach financial close, incorporating a diverse range of technical and commercial options. Key references include Cambridgeshire, Cumbria, Dumfries and Galloway, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, RE3 and Wrexham PFI Contracts.
