Waste Service
In 1997, following a policy of work differentiation, our Group extended its field of activity to the refuse sector, specialising in sorting and in the treatment/recovery of non-hazardous special waste from commercial/manufacturing industries and separate waste collection. What is commonly known as `refuse`, i.e. everything which has not been put into separate recyclable waste disposal bins (except wet refuse, which goes a different way), means work for us.
Most refuse has already been sorted by householders and companies, long before it reaches us. After we receive it, the refuse is sorted again to remove any additional paper, plastics, wood, metals, aluminium, aggregates, and so on.
Afterwards, everything that is recovered is put back into the circuit to be recycled and reused. Anything that cannot be recovered is either incinerated or sent to cement factories: to allow that the smallest possible quantity of refuse is sent to tips.
