H&A has worked with municipalities, regional agencies, and other public clients in California for over 15 years providing a full service approach for the development, management, design, construction, and operation and maintenance of public utility systems. Projects have included both new wastewater collection and storm drainage systems and the rehabilitation of existing facilities including; infiltration/inflow (I/I) studies and sewer system evaluation surveys (SSES).
