Monitoring and Inspection:

• The IWS Environment Service package can include full L8 compliance monitoring or just the areas not covered by your internal resource. Monitoring packages can include system condition and temperature monitoring and water sampling and analysis (chemical and microbiological including legionella) utilising our network of UKAS accredited laboratories
• Trained personnel
• IWS service personnel are trained to the very highest standards including Health & Safety, Quality and City & Guilds accredited legionella training. This gives you the peace of mind that inspection and monitoring carried out will provide relevant and meaningful data.
• Handheld technology
• Test results are entered by the IWS Water Hygiene Operative and synchronised via the mobile GPRS network. Once authorised by the IWS Operations Supervisor the results are immediately available. Online Report Tracker will ensure that you are notified of potential problems in time for you to take appropriate action.

Out of specification results "Risks"

• Out of specification results can be viewed by all and actions signed off by those responsible. Out of specification notes can be assigned by you to others in your organisation for action. You can then monitor the action taken and demonstrate compliance to internal and external auditors.
