Nearly every project that Olsson Associates takes on involves water in some way. That will be even truer as we continue to face record consumption of limited surface and groundwater supplies and the growing demand to protect our water supplies from pollution and flooding problems.Olsson Associates has worked in water resources for more than 50 years, and our experience in this field truly runs deep. We’ll take on anything from backyard flooding problems in a community to the complex challenges presented with watershed management, irrigation districts, and recreational facilities. We have all of the in-house experts we need to complete water studies, write grant applications, rehabilitate existing structures, design new structures, administer construction services, and much more.
Our firm is known for collaboration. Water resources is a practice area where the strength to pull ideas and people together to devise creative solutions can be a matter of life or death. We are wholly committed to protecting this precious natural resource, finding creative ways to make its use equitable and efficient (thereby extending our supply), and keeping people safe from flooding.
