No Heat Affected Zone (HAZ)

As opposed to flame, plasma & laser cutting, water jet and abrasive jet cutting produce no heat affected zone to work harden the cut edges. Therefore you are able to cut various metals, plastics and other materials without melting, distorting or warping them. Through its cold cutting method, the heat exposure can be bypassed, which is especially critical for materials like metal, leading to a fine cut without distortion in the material. This results in a smooth and burr-free cut.

No material limitations

Water jet cutting is versatile applicable, cutting nearly any material; composites, plastics, metals, glass, stone or rock, ceramics, and rubber. With the addition of a granular abrasive, a water jet cutting machine can perform quality cuts on materials up to 6 inch thickness.

No additional finishing process

The immediate high cutting quality ensures a precise result, avoiding an additional finishing process. This significantly accelerates the cutting process and saves time, increasing the overall efficiency. There are many advantages of water jet cutting. As opposed to flame, plasma & laser cutting

Incredible Precision

Water jet/Abrasive jet Cutting gives us a way to routinely cut precision parts with tolerances as close as ± 0.005″ and better when required. Cutting is controlled by a computer and special software which follows profiles/part geometry designed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
