Scientific Drilling International (SDI) is dedicated to making the well planning efforts of our customers a success every time. One way we do that is to participate in well planning meetings where we provide suggestions and opinions based on our vast experience and knowledge. Respecting your needs and combining our directional drilling know-how with state-of-the-art software, SDI can develop customized well plans that include modeling and predicting torque/drag, bit hydraulics, pressure loss output and coefficients of friction.
SDI engineers are highly skilled at bottom hole assembly (BHA) design and bit selection, two of the most important elements to consider when designing a directional well. Impacting these elements are parameters and design constraints that must be considered:
