Wetlands Determination Services
HAZCLEAN has developed a Wetlands Assessment Program that is divided into two (2) phases. Phase I of the Wetlands Assessment Program involves the initial wetlands determination that is a basic characterization of the site and its potential for wetlands classification. This program is offered as part of the Phase I Environmental Assessment conducted for property transactional analyses. Phase II of the Wetlands Program involves delineation of wetlands sites with a comprehensive survey indicating the defined acreage and undefined acreage. A final report is provided indicating total acreage classified and defined as wetlands and recommendations for development and, as necessary, mitigation.
