AIA 2030 Analysis Tool

The 2030 Challenge calls on the global building design community to take action in reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the built environment. To achieve the reduction in emissions, fuel reduction targets have been set for all new buildings and major renovations.  The Rating Analysis calculates the impacts of both individual and bundled design strategies with a real-time comparison to the 2030 Challenge baseline in order to help the design team meet and achieve their energy goals.  NEO utilizes the AIA 2030 Design Data Exchange (DDx) energy modeling tool import feature to allow a project team to manage project data within the firm’s DDx database account directly from NEO.
