rMove™ uses in-app surveys and your phone’s built-in sensors to collect data that will help inform future needs. These insights enable better decision-making.

As an rMove users, you’re in control of your data as you provide inputs and responses via in-app prompts and daily surveys.

Download rMove
Download the app and enter the password you were provided. Ensure that your phone “Always Allows” rMove to access your location. You can check this in your location services settings.

Go about your daily life
rMove will log your travel and ask questions about each of the trips you make.

Answer trip surveys
rMove will ask you a short survey about each trip you make. If you need to, you can edit a trip or add a trip if you forgot to carry your phone.

Answer daily surveys
Daily surveys appear each morning. You’ll be asked questions about the previous day as well as your typical travel habits.
