Used in combination with the Artel PCS® and Artel MVS®, ArtelWare ensures your liquid handlers and pipettes, as well as their operators are working together to generate accurate and reproducible results. ArtelWare provides scheduling for routine calibrations, and interim performance verifications and ALH liquid class optimization. The software provides complete documentation and liquid handling inventory management– and it’s ideal for standardizing pipetting technique and assessing operator competency.

The ArtelWare dashboard gives a complete overview of the status for liquid handling instruments and operators. Intuitive dashboards ensure labs can easily manage and review automated liquid handler and pipette inventory, as well as operator assessment status.

The MVS and PCS conform to the Dual-Dye Ratiometric Photometric Method described in ISO 23783:2022 and ISO 8655-7:2022, respectively. The PCS facilitates conformity to ISO 8655-8. ArtelWare facilitates compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
Optional Compliance Suite addon features:

- new plans and plan updates require approval and are given specific version numbers
- laboratory managers can set an electronic signature requirement at any step (for full compliance with the lab’s own quality system)
- each auditable action requires audit comments when complete, and audit data is saved in secure SQL databases which may be placed on a mapped server to ensure regular back-ups
