BIOMIC V3 - Automated Etest Reading Software

BIOMIC V3 automates the reading and interpretation of all varieties of Etest (bioMerieux). This greatly improves the speed, accuracy and standardization of reading. An enlarged plate image with the Etest strip(s) and MIC value is displayed and confirmed on-screen by the user. Automated Etest code recognition confirms the correct Etests are placed and interpreted on the plate. A combination of Etests and disks may be read on 90mm or 150mm plates. Results may be transferred to your lab’s LIS/LIMS. High resolution Etest images are saved for future review.
