Myrian - Version XP-Lung & XP-Lung Nodule -Automatic Segmentation and Analysis Tools
Myrian® XP-Lung is a set of applications and features dedicated to the visualization and analysis of thoracic CT exams. It features dedicated protocols for low attenuation quantification, Covid-19 analysis, airways and vascular segmentation, and virtual bronchoscopy.
Lung Protocol:
- Generic protocole for lung exploration
Lung Multiphase:
Dedicated protocol for visualize parts of the human respiratory system to help surgeons analyze possible interactions between the vascular system, airways and pathology prior to a surgery, using a 2-phase CT acquisition with an arterial and a venous phase.
- Lesion segmentation
- 3D visualization of interaction between vascularization, airways and lesions
- Semi automatic segmentation of left and right lungs, airways and pulmonary vascularization
Endoscopy:
Dedicated protocol for virtual bronchoscopy.
- Virtual bronchoscopy with distance evaluation
- Automated segmentation of lungs and airways
COVID-19:
Dedicated protocol for Covid-19 screening.
- Segmentation and quantification of affected issue based on Hounsfiled unit thresholds
- Automated segmentation of lungs and airways
3D low attenuation:
Dedicated protocol for low attenuation quantification in lung and surgery planning.
- Automated segmentation of lungs and airways
- Segmentation and quantification of low attenuation and % of affected tissue
- Surgery simulation (lobectomy) with post surgery volume measurements
Airways stent planning:
Dedicated protocol for stenosis quantification and stent planning.
- Airways segmentation and centerline computation
- 3D rendering of segmentation airways
- CPR Visualization of the airways
- Stretched airways viewport
- Automatic cross section navigation viewport and possibility to manually edit the cross section contour
- Stenosis quantification and stent planning layouts
Myrian® XP-Lung Nodule workstation enables volumetric analysis and follow up of lung nodules.
An optionnal CAD allows the automatic detection of solid, part solid and ground glass lung nodules.
Lung Protocole:
- Generic protocole for lung exploration
Lung Nodules:
Dedicated protocol for quantification and follow-up of lung nodules segmentation.
- Lung Nodule segmentation and volume measurement
- Exams synchronization for comparison
- Pairing and follow-up through time
- Doubling time and percentage of growth computation
- 3D Rendering of the nodule
XL-matching:
- Non rigid matching to synchronize the anatomical center location in multiple series in order to compensate for patient motion
Lung CAD:
- Automatic detection of lung nodules (solid, part-solid, ground glass)
