- Business Intelligence – Learning And Planning Through Insights : Baggage handling professionals who work with maintenance, operations and management are supported by business intelligence functions in the spectre from traditional reports and statistics to a professional data analytics framework.
- Supervision – Having The Complete Overview : For professionals working with operations and maintenance, the supervision of the system and the processes follow a “work from anywhere” concept. This includes a traditional SCADA overview with integration of CCTV, and a digital twin with a real time view of baggage flow and visualisation of data sets.

BEUMER Bag Flow comes with traditional Gantt-based departure and arrival planning, that are aligned with real-time flight information. In addition, the departure, arrival and batch planning are guided by templates and AI driven recommendations.
- Routing And Sorting – Ensuring An Efficient Execution : BEUMER Bag Flow automatically plans the optimum route for each bag to achieve the fastest possible route. This is based upon AI driven algorithms that improve the throughput and help eliminate potential bottlenecks. The end-to-end BHS solution is fully IATA 753 compliant.
