BITZER - Web-Based Weighing Software
The BITZER Web-Based Weighing Software offers a flexible, responsive design that allows seamless operation across different devices. By utilizing a central server installation within the customer network, users can connect workstations without the need for extensive installation processes, simply by accessing a network address. This software supports both cloud-based and in-network installations, providing a secure solution tailored to customer preferences. Additionally, BITZER's software integrates with legal-for-trade solutions approved by the Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), requiring Windows for compliant operations. It supports various industries, particularly agriculture, with capabilities like automated quality analysis and silo management. The modular design facilitates extensions, including connecting label printers, network cameras, and implementing electronic signatures. Furthermore, BITZER offers robust support through maintenance contracts, ensuring the software meets evolving needs efficiently.
The web-based weighing software is characterized by flexible handling on different devices in responsive design and by a central server installation in the customer network. Without installation effort, it is possible to integrate workstations by calling a network address. Our licensing model, which only counts the workstations in use at the same time, saves the budget with the highest possible flexibility.
This is a web application that works and is installed either in the cloud or in the company´s network of our customers. If there are any security concerns regarding a cloud solution, these can be eliminated by integrating it into the company network.
Our developers are in direct contact with customers and thus have insight into the processes and requirements of our customers. This enables us to clarify questions directly and implement changes promptly after consultation. Our developers also support our field service technicians during commissioning, usually remotely.
