GEOSYSTEM - Version 5 -Boring Log Software

Since the introduction of our DOS LOGDRAFT program in 1986 we have been continuously innovating new features in our boring log software. Our current release, version 5, can be used as a standalone boring log program or in concert with one or more GEOSYSTEM for Windows laboratory testing modules (Grain Size, Classification Suite, Moisture Density, Consolidation, California Bearing Ratio, R-VALUE, SHEAR or Field Density). The software is designed to meet the needs of geotechnical, geological and environmental professionals, while remaining easy to learn and use, even in the hands of the novice, non-technical user.

LOGDRAFT is completely user-customizable, featuring user-designed boring log reports (screen shot), data entry screens (screen shot) and stratigraphy symbols (screen shot). More than 40 sample borehole log, monitoring well installation log, rock core log, test pit log and cross-section report formats are shipped with the package, and government forms are posted to our web site upon request.

The software includes an importer for borehole data entered into Palm-compatible PDAs using Dataforensics` PLog borehole/well installation logging program.
