Receiving goods
Mar-Kov is fine-tuned for container level inventory tracking of chemicals, components, and finished goods. We show the receiving team all of the open orders and what is expected to arrive today. As product comes in, the team can verify the goods against the digital purchase order.

Mar-Kov shows all of the data that needs to be collected on receipt. You can receive items using GS1 barcodes or generate internal barcodes for easy labeling. The system generates prompts that remind users to take a test sample to manage quarantine. You’ll be able to capture and store supplier Certificates of Analysis (CofAs), MSDSs, and Certifications.

The system automatically generates unique, internal lot codes for each lot and barcoded labels for every container.

Warehousing
With Mar-Kov, you can view an inventory snapshot at any time, tracking inventory by location and effortlessly enforcing storage rules. You’ll be able to ensure that mixed lots get sampled and retested. Know what containers are about to expire and pick items in FEFO and FIFO. Get full pick lists to stage for the day’s orders. A few clicks and you can perform cycle counts and physicals without shutting down operations. Our inventory features are all made possible by the smart use of barcoding.

Never again will you have to worry about weighing things out correctly, or cleaning a piece of equipment – Mar-Kov generates automated electronic signatures with every batch for FDA with 21 CFR part 11 compliance.

Shipping out
The shipping team can see all open Sales orders and know what needs to be shipped when. Mar-Kov will show them where to pick the product. Barcoded inventory will ensure the operator grabs the correct material and updates the inventory in real time.

You can generate all labeling required for the shipment of hazardous materials and produce all paperwork required for international shipments including those required for freight forwarding. The shipping process integrates packing out into customer defined container sizes, without any hassle, also supporting the use of shelf cans.

You can confirm orders and provide advanced shipment notifications using EDI or email technologies. The system is designed to work in a ‘thin client’ environment, which lets the applications run on portable RF Pocket PCs or Pen tablets. You can also use wave picking for more efficient use of tow motor operators.

Barcoded Inventory
