CLOACAS is a versatile software tool designed for the hydraulic calculation and dimensioning of urban sanitation networks. Its CAD-style interface provides an intuitive way for professionals to visualize and analyze sanitation systems by displaying real-time plan views and enabling the importation of DXF or DWG files from AUTOCAD®. The software accommodates various methods for determining wastewater flow rates, offering a Local Demand Locator tool for assigning demands. Options available include specifying design unit flows, using parcel data, or assigning potable water flows. CLOACAS supports automatic elevation assignments, visual aids for analysis, and integrates project layers to modify object properties for comprehensive results visualization. It allows for the automatic generation of profile plans, calculation of excavation volumes, and cost estimation based on predefined unit prices of construction materials. The software imposes no limits on network size, providing perpetual and subscription-based licensing options to meet different user needs.

Create the Sanitation Network graphically

The CAD-like interface of our sanitary sewerage program allows you to have the floor plan of the Sanitation Network displayed on screen at all times, and to perform analysis of the calculation results on it. You can also create the network by importing objects contained in a drawing file in DXF or DWG format from AUTOCAD®.

Multiple methods for determining wastewater flow rates

Determining the design flow rates of each collector has never been so easy. CLOACAS offers you the possibility of determining them in your sewerage project through four options, among which the possibility of assigning demands using objects similar to those we incorporate in another of our programs stands out: The Demand Locator.

Possible options:

  • By directly entering the Wastewater Design Flow for each section of the network.
  • Specify a Wastewater Unit Design Flow Rate, entering the respective tributary area for each section of the sewer network.
  • Specify the Average Drinking Water Flow for each section.
  • Use Plots and Demand Polygons to be assigned to each section, through the Library of Endowments Incorporated in the Program.
