Capture high-speed images of the materials on the conveyor using a self-lit, self-contained industrial 3D vision system for highly accurate material characterization.
The vision system easily mounts on top of a conveyor to capture a 3D map of the hundreds of objects on the conveyor at any point in the recycling process.
The edge compute unit processes the 3D image through our AI model to identify each object and provide that data to our robotics and cloud data platforms.
- Our cloud platform will send alerts and notifications based on performance or health thresholds you can set. We can also remotely troubleshoot lines based these thresholds.
