Comfort and Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
The UBX Comfort and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring product enables you to quickly and easily add IAQ sensors to any setting, helping you to optimize your occupants experience, improve their performance, and health risks. Measure air quality across a range of leading air quality indicators including CO2, tVOC, PM2.5, PM10, humidity, and temperature. Understand indoor air quality of your spaces including meeting rooms, desk spaces, gathering areas, dining rooms, kitchens, etc. to optimize your buildings HVAC and ventilation systems while identifying areas of improvement in your buildings spaces to improve occupant comfort.
UBX uses LoRaWAN wireless, battery powered, stick-and-peel Comfort and IAQ sensors saving you time, money, and avoiding the need to go through lengthy approval processes, to install them. With long range and signals that can easily penetrate walls the sensors can be deployed in nearly any location and with an up to 10-year battery life, they are maintenance free. To deploy the sensors:
- Power up the hub and its redundant LTE connection automatically connects to the internet.
- Mount the sensors using adhesive or screws.
- Scan the QR code on each sensor to authenticate it and connect it to your account.
The UBX Comfort and IAQ solution is even more powerful when combined with additional UBX solutions. Integration with the Application Suite lets you see the real-time Comfort and IAQ data on your digital floor plan to intuitively understand your buildings performance and its air quality patterns. Occupancy Monitoring allows you to easily correlate the impact of where people gather in your building to air quality readings. The HVAC Control solution allows you to directly manage your HVAC and ventilation units taking air quality readings into account to increase your occupants comfort while improving your energy efficiency.
