The ConWize construction procurement software is an end-to-end solution for planning and managing contractual engagements in construction environments.

Sending out bid invites
A simple and fast method for sending online tenders to an unlimited number of companies, including the ability to attach a bill of quantity and tender documents without any size, quantity or time limit.
Live monitoring of bid invites
Live monitoring over the tender distribution status for each subcontractor, including indications for: receiving the email, viewing the tender and its docs. In addition, the subcontractor can update whether or not they intend to submit a proposal.
Requests for information
or clarification (RFI)

Sending instant messages to the subcontractors and suppliers, including the ability to send group messages or provide answers to several users (such as winning/not winning messages). Subcontractors can also send back any questions that might arise, all within the system.

Supporting changes during the tender process
The system supports changes that may occur during the tender, such as changes in bill of quantities, specifications, docs and submission dates.
Bid comparing and negotiations
Comparing bid proposals, analysing the data according to certain parameters (min/max/avg.), create virtual proposals and assess deviations.

Budget compliance check
Allocating a budget for the engagement from the project budget. Validating that there is no duplication in the utilization of the budget, checking that the contract meets the budget for the engagement.

A document summarizing the details of the contract, including: selected contractors, the scope of the contract, proposal comparison, details of the budget used, digital signatures within the company to confirm progress in preparing a contract.
