During an incident investigation, corrective or preventive actions are assigned to user(s) and tracked in the task management module.
Similarly, actions that are assigned during an audit or inspection are also tracked in task management. Often, these actions or tasks are automatically triggered, based on certain configurable rules set by the user. The result: management has full visibility to CAPA status tied to an incident investigation, assessment or permit limit exceeded. Intuitive and dynamic dashboards aid management`s experience in understanding trends for better decision-making.
Our customers use our CAPA solution in conjunction with risk assessments and EHS audits. When issues are identified, parties are notified and corrective or preventive actions are assigned and tracked to closure. Safety incident investigations may trigger a corrective action task that must be completed prior to closing out an incident. Or, if an environmental permit limit is exceeded related to an air emission threshold, for example, a corrective action may be automatically assigned to a user to ensure compliance obligations are met.
