DESAGÜESVersion 4.0 -Software for Sanitary Drainage System Design

SHARE

DESAGÜES 4.0 is a software designed for the complex task of planning and designing sanitary drainage systems in buildings. It allows professionals to calculate pipe diameters and slopes using the Hunter's flow rate method. This software provides tools to create detailed floor plans, isometrics, material lists, and calculation tables with ease. Adaptable to diverse sanitary regulations, DESAGÜES simplifies the definition of discharge units for various piping systems such as branches, downspouts, and collectors. Additionally, it facilitates importing elements from DXF or DWG AutoCAD files to generate coordinated network views, making the topological definition of networks effortless. It features an intuitive CAD window, enabling the drawing or importing of sanitary and pluvial networks directly. The software also includes modules for calculating the design of wastewater pumping stations, which consider total discharge, flow rate for chamber design, and pumping power requirements. Furthermore, it enhances ventilation network design and offers extensive exporting options to various formats including DWG and Microsoft Excel.

Software for the Design of Sanitary Drains in Buildings - Version 4

From the drainage branch network on each level, through the sanitary and storm drains and culminating with the building's sewer network , DESAGÜES is the software that will allow you to obtain diameters and slopes of each section of pipe using the Discharge Units method (HUNTER).

With just a few clicks you can have at hand the floor plans and isometrics, Bills of Materials and calculation tables...

Easily adaptable to the regulatory parameters of your country

Depending on the sanitary regulations in force in your country , you only need to define the values of Discharge Units that can be drained through the pipes in the sanitary drainage systems: branches, downpipes and collectors. Also indicate the Discharge Units generated by each sanitary fixture.

Similarly, for the storm drain system,  you will specify for semicircular channels (gutters), downpipes and collectors the maximum horizontal projection areas  that can be drained for each diameter and slope.  DESAGÜES will do the rest for you!

Create the network by drawing it or importing it from a drawing file

The DRAINAGE CAD  window will allow you to create the different sanitary and stormwater networks by drawing their components directly on it. You can vary the display (color, visibility, line thickness) of the drawing using the project layers.

If you want to import elements contained in AUTOCAD(R) DXF or DWG format files, you only need to have the single-line diagram of the drainage network, and  import it into the program to automatically generate the plan view, the Node tables and the Section tables  of the installation.

This way,  you don't have to worry about defining the network topology, or manually entering data such as pipe length or fittings such as elbows needed to make direction changes.

Simple definition of the horizontal and vertical elements of the building drainage system

With DRAINS you can have  multiple wastewater collection networks assigned to different downpipes within the building . Thus, the downpipe design will be based on the total number of Discharge Units drained by it for the facilities you have specified.

The design of the sanitary collector network will be carried out in the same way:  you will specify, for each node in it, the type and quantity of downpipes that will be connected and DESAGÜES will be responsible for obtaining the total drainage by each pipe in the system up to the connection point with the public sanitary sewer network.

Design of the Wastewater Pumping Well and Pumping Equipment

DESAGÜES has the  tool for the design of the chamber as well as the wastewater pumping  that may be required in any of your projects.

Once the building's sanitary collector network project is completed,  the program will convert the Total Discharge units into probable flow  in order to design the chamber and pump.

Includes options to  specify the shape of the well  and allow, based on the pumped flow rate, the automatic determination of its total capacity.

Also, for the selection of pumping equipment, you will find  the pressure loss calculator for the suction and discharge pipes with which, together with the characteristics of the chamber, you can determine the pumping height of the equipment as well as its power.
