Streamline Login

Simplify the login process using Fixed and Dynamic calendar-based scheduling, and utilize Work Order Login, Prelog, Quicklog, CoC Import, Operational Data, or online sample submission. Use automatic email notifications to let clients know the status of their project.

Strengthen Laboratory Analysis

Eliminate notebooks and paper records with electronic bench sheets. Capture analytical procedures and store sample preparation information, and embedded equations. A variety of types and methods of testing are supported and samples are automatically assigned the appropriate test. Bench sheet information can also be exported for analysis specific calculations. For wet chemistry tests, bench sheet information can be exported into pre-defined spreadsheets.

Automate Reporting

Automated report assembly integrates test results, QC results, raw data, CoC, and case narratives. Reports are formatted and automatically distributed to multiple recipients. Additional functionality includes large EDD library, an on-board EDD/import builder, integration of subcontract data, DMRs, complex cannabis reporting and seed-to-sale integration, and support for CLP/Level IV reports. Data can be exported in a variety of formats including PDF, Microsoft Excel, XML CSV, and text files. [See sample reports]

Upload Instrument Data

The Element DataTool feature imports and translates data from your instruments, eliminating tedious manual activities and improving accuracy. Data is automatically uploaded from the instrument directly into Element LIMS. A vast library of instruments interface is included.

Integrate QA/QC Into Workflow

Integrated QA and QC capabilities increase efficiency and eliminate manual errors. Automated control chart notifications deliver critical feedback. Case narratives are assigned at the analysis class and work order level to provide detailed comments included in the final results. Personnel certifications can be directly tied to analytical and prep methods. Detailed audit trail tracks at a granular level for highly accurate monitoring and audits.

ClientConnect Portal

Web portal gives your clients quick and easy access to sample data, test results and documents. Saves your clients time and lowers the workload on your project managers. Online sample submission functionality addresses field sampling needs with automated chain of custody (CoC) and reduced sample login data entry.

Element LIMS uses configurability to blend new and more productive workflows with your existing business practices. Through a broad array of settings, Element LIMS is easily modified without the need of custom coding. Simple table-driven options let you select the functionality to fit your workflow.
