eQMS - DNA Software

eQMS :: DNA is a software solution for maintaining and searching the database of human DNA profiles. eQMS :: DNA supports a configurable number of loci, allows for multiple samples per person and multiple profiles per sample, and the DNA database can also be searched for a profile obtained from samples containing multiple donor material (so-called " mixed stain "). eQMS :: DNA supports profiles based on CODIS Core STR Loci markers and complies with FDA Recommendations 21 CFR Part 11. This system, in addition to human DNA forensics, is also found in the food industry as a reliable tool for determining the authenticity of prominent declarations and ensuring demonstrable traceability. The Pardus DNA database is constantly being upgraded and aligned with the ENFSI DNA Workgroup recommendations.
