Mercatus Farmer - Feeding and Environmental Data Software
Whether you have one site or hundreds of sites, you need up-to-date information about your fish. Farmer delivers this overview in the most user-friendly manner. Trace back daily information from the time of harvest, back to the spawning process. That means you get all the information you need, when you need it, for the big picture, or the details.
Farmer is a production system that covers the entire life cycle from spawn to slaughter. It calculates the quantity of fish for each facility based on recorded release, feeding, environmental conditions and all other handling of the fish. All information about the fish is kept when the fish are moved between cages and facilities. Each fish will therefore have its own CV in the system.
Timeline
The timeline is a graphic representation of the life of the fish, where it is easy to see all the events from release until the present day. There is no easier way to gain an overview of all the events in a fish`s life. The timeline also provides the basis for the fish`s CV with information about its origin, environment, feeding, handling, vaccines and testing.
Advanced reporting
The system includes more than 100 pre-defined reports about the fish`s health, quality, production, quantity etc. The numbers in the system can also be exported to OLAP cubes, Excel and other formats.
Integrated systems
Our solutions make daily life easier for our customers, keeping manual registration to a minimum. Records made on site are transferred to Farmer, which then distributes the numbers to our other software solutions for production, slaughter and financial analysis. This ensures the data quality and minimizes the need for repeated registration. Farmer can also transfer data to other business systems.
