GreenData - Conflict Minerals Management Module
The GreenData Manager® (GDM) software Conflict Minerals Module is the perfect tool for managing your conflict mineral data and generating reports using built-in templates. Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires companies reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to declare the origin of Conflict Minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) in their products. Affected companies must submit a Conflict Minerals form to the SEC every year. Even if your company is not publicly-traded, you will likely get requests from your customers to provide conflict minerals data. GDM Conflict Minerals Module allows you to manage this data easily and efficiently.
Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) form collection, aggregation, and generation
GDM Conflict Minerals Module allows you to:
- Import Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) forms.
- Create high-level completion summaries at the company-level, product-level, or BOM-level.
- Aggregate CMRT forms collected from suppliers to create company-level or product-level CMRTs.
- Generate a Smelter Analysis Report to show high-risk smelters or smelters from US sanctioned countries.
Manufacturer Status
The Conflict Minerals Module software Manufacturer Status page provides an overview of the number of parts and CMRTs that have been collected for each supplier.
Smelter Analysis
The Smelter Analysis page allows you to view the status of each smelter and its associated metal classification, Smelter ID, country, CFS status, and supplier name - for all your suppliers or on a per-BOM basis.
