With its state-of-the-art bi-directional wireless LoRaWAN to Modbus and BACnet controller, UBX can not only monitor equipment that uses a Modbus or BACnet interface, but also control that equipment. Thermostat control including set points and schedule control are available for not only standard 3-wire and 5-wire thermostats but also more advanced VRF and Ventacity Ventilator systems. The use of LoRaWAN wireless devices eliminates the need to have electricians pulling wires and enables currently installed equipment to be easily integrated with the UBX HVAC Control solution.

The UBX system is able to combine programmable settings such as turning off lights or managing a buildings temperature through ventilator, VRF, and HVAC controls with real-time sensor data such as if a room/building is currently occupied, the current outside temperature and hourly forecast, and indoor air quality to create the highest level of occupant comfort and most efficient energy usage. System settings can be controlled from any web browser or mobile device giving you the ultimate control of your energy usage.

The UBX system offers real-time and historical dashboards for common reports and easy export of data for use in advanced analytics tools. Built-in reports include overall building energy usage, energy usage by asset, and energy use by main load and sub-metering load. The comprehensive view of energy consumption can be used to support your KPI goals and meet compliance Reporting requirements.
