Our flagship product, SafetyCulture iAuditor, simplifies the auditing process by making it easy for anyone to effectively manage safety and quality from a mobile device. Frontline workers are empowered to report issues quickly to prevent an incident due to inefficiency and limited visibility. Word of mouth about SafetyCulture iAuditor and the growing industry movement toward safer, data-driven workplaces have added momentum to our growth.

2004 SafetyCulture was founded as a safety documents business by Luke Anear from his humble garage.
2007 Mobile devices became integral in our everyday culture, sparking an idea in Luke’s mind to move from safety documents to an app.
2012 SafetyCulture iAuditor the app was born, revolutionising safety inspections around the world.
2014 We raised $6.1M AUD in our first round of funding with investment from Atlassian Co-Founder, Scott Farquhar and Blackbird Ventures.
2015 We were growing so much we opened a Sydney office, in addition to headquarters in Townsville. We launched our incident reporting app, Spotlight. We made iAuditor available for free for small teams.
2016 We expanded globally with offices in San Francisco, Kansas City and Manchester. We raised $30M AUD in our Series B funding round, led by Index Ventures.
2017 We expanded our support function by opening a new office in Manila.
2018 We expanded into the world of IOT with our temperature and humidity sensors, an iAuditor companion product. Reached 1 million downloads of iAuditor. We raised $60M AUD in our Series C funding round.
2019 SafetyCulture and its products were rebranded to reflect our values and future vision for the company.
