Virtual compound registry with Meve
Meve (pronounced as meiv) implements multiple ideas:
- Register Virtual Compounds - when multiple software systems and multiple departments talk to each other, they need to reference a molecule ID. Meve provides a registry of all the virtual molecules.
- Knowledge share between teams. Designing a compound? Maybe someone has already done this, or maybe they just drew the molecule and ran predictions? You can have a centralized database with all the user interactions with the compounds.
- Event sourcing. Meve can be used as the source of all events happening with your molecules. This way it’s possible to build other software based on this API. Imagine an ELN where you draw a compound, and Meve instantaneously returns you the list of other experiments and assays where this structure participated.
- Reports & Dashboards will be available as CSV exports once the database is filled with the molecule events.
