BaSYS maps is an intuitive information solution that is available as a web and app component in addition to the classic desktop variant. Map-based navigation, for example, through water supply lines, wastewater networks, inventory lists or roads is possible. What is the condition of the pipeline and is it in operation? When was the pipeline built and of what material? Is it perhaps damaged and is there already a rehabilitation plan? Which connection nodes are available? BaSYS maps provides answers to these questions. Detailed information on the one hand, simple operation on the other hand guarantee flexible, effective and mobile work.

The new user interface is based on the familiar handling of the most popular applications on smartphones, tablets and websites. The self-explanatory interface is optimized for effective and goal-oriented handling of BaSYS maps. You decide whether you prefer a desktop installation, want to work in an internet browser or operate the app on your tablet or smartphone.

BaSYS maps visualizes everything that has coordinates: The entire sewage network, gas and water pipes, bus stops or gumball machines – you decide. Even mobile fittings, such as standpipes with GPS transmitters, can share their live location in BaSYS maps.

Zooming, displaying thematic maps, true-to-scale rendering, measuring areas and distances as well as printing map sections are natural functions of modern geoinformation systems. In BaSYS maps these tools are not only available in the browser, they are also optimized for use on mobile touch devices. Operation is simple and self-explanatory: switch on, log in and get started.

All objects recorded in the database are displayed in the tabular view and can be selected individually in the map. The object info provides information about the inventory data such as age, material, location and condition. In addition, associated documents and media such as logs or photos can be displayed and retrieved for the individual objects.

Designed as a simple information solution, BaSYS maps convinces with its technical depth. Specific additional functions are available for the specialized applications wastewater, water, gas, cable and road. For example, the wastewater application offers:

The BaSYS databases of all subject areas are centrally prepared and managed by a BaSYS full workstation. Individual subject plans, mask definitions and documents are immediately available. You need a BaSYS full workstation or a BaSYS service provider to work with.

For the installation at your site you need:
A DB server or an external hoster and an administrator to create users and profiles, or we can do the setup for you.
