As soon as your clients are registered with CloudLIMS, CloudLIMS emails the access link and the login credentials to them, allowing your clients to start using the client portal.

Manage complete sample life-cycle including automatic sample accessioning, batch editing or importing of samples, maintain sample Chain-of-Custody (CoC), track samples via barcodes/RFIDs, manage all aspects of sample genealogy, including aliquots, derivatives, and pooled samples, in addition to final disposal of samples.

You can generate professional test reports containing sample information, test details, and multi-analyte test results for clients and state and federal reporting. You can generate test reports in a batch for multiple clients, and deliver them automatically over the client portal, thereby reducing the turnaround time. You can include a QR code on test reports for authentication and an ID to uniquely identify each report.

Manage training and competency records of lab staff and generate staff competency reports. The records help lab managers to efficiently assign tasks only to the personnel with appropriate training, competency, and experience.

Manage records of instruments, schedule instrument calibration, and perform preventive maintenance. CloudLIMS helps you maintain calibration and maintenance results, in addition to integrating instruments to directly load results.

CloudLIMS’ client management module enables laboratories to manage client information comprehensively. Users can easily configure details of clients, associate client records with the existing sample records, and upload an image, such as a barcode, to each client record. Furthermore, users no longer need to create login credentials for their clients to access the client portal. CloudLIMS notifies your clients and provides them a username and a password as soon as they are registered.

The intuitive design allows even non-technical users to build complex queries using Boolean operators to find specific data stored in the software. Queried criteria can be saved as a template for frequent use and the search results obtained can be exported in a PDF format at any time.
