The new software significantly improves data collection, filtering, and processing speeds, with statistical alarms computed ten times faster. The ADA™ Automated Diagnostic Assistant predicts bearing failures and detects other common faults, while KPIs measure system effectiveness. The customizable dashboards and accessibility features offer a user-friendly experience, making this a versatile, high-performance solution for asset reliability management.

Its small size, low power consumption and high storage capability, make the system very easy to install, operate and maintain, while still delivering all the functions required by expert analysts or plant operators.
- Secure database is accessible from almost any location by multiple users.

With the Machine Sentry® app you can turn any android device into a data collector. The app collects data via Bluetooth® from MSF-1 or MSM-1, as well as 3rd party sensors with Bluetooth® capabilities. Users can also enable ADA™, the Automated Diagnostic Assistant that can predict stage 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect a wide range of other common fault conditions that impact equipment reliability.
From the pp, you can view your last recorded readings in full detail including FFTs (Fast Fourier Transforms) and time wave forms as well as access trended overall readings, from both static assets and rotating machinery. There’s also the ability to report actions which can include photographic evidence straight from the factory floor to the app.
