The iWorks EX software is part of the iWorks series, designed for professional microscope imaging and analysis. This basic package offers various functionalities compatible with diverse microscope cameras through WDM or TWAIN drivers. Users can capture images, record time-lapse sequences, and process videos. The software supports image processing tools with options to convert image types such as Gray, RGB, CMYK, and others, up to 12bit or float. Image geometry transformations, such as rotation and scaling, are available. The software includes a calibration manager for manual calibration, and offers measurement tools for analyzing distances, angles, and object properties. Annotations and property settings allow customization of text and line styles, enhancing the user experience. The iWorks EX package provides foundational tools supporting more advanced versions within the iWorks software series.
