Climet - PC Counter Cloning Utility Software
A unique and standard feature of all Climet portable particle counters is the ability to clone settings between two units. This Unit-to-Unit Cloning copies programs, location IDs, user IDs, alarm settings, report settings, security settings, and other setup parameters from one particle counter and copies to another. For users with more complex business requirements, Climet offers our PC Cloning Utility. This software solution permits users to upload a Climet particle counter`s configuration to a PC; or alternatively, users can create custom settings on their computer that can be downloaded to their Climet particle counters. Compliments unit-to-unit cloning capability on Climet particle counters. Allows users to save and manage portable particle counter settings on a local PC workstation, server, or laptop. Recommended for those with 5+ portable particle counters.
The advantage of PC Cloning Utility is the ease of use when creating, editing or copying configuration settings. All settings and programs can be easily managed from a central PC and then seamlessly uploaded to a Climet Particle Counter with the simple click of the mouse. This provides a trouble-free means of ensuring multiple particle counters have a standard configuration that meets your security and monitoring requirements.

The PC Cloning Utility is a perfect solution for companies with multiple particle counters that need to be configured identically, or managed centrally. Additionally, companies with multiple users of a single particle counter will use PC Cloning software to easily manage users and administrative privileges. Cleanroom Certifiers also use PC Cloning when custom IDs are needed for multiple customers. Finally, it is a perfect solution for easy backup and restore of particle counter configuration settings.
The software utility comes complete with a CD-ROM and an RS-232 serial adapter with USB cable for connecting the particle counter to either another particle counter, or to your laptop, workstation, or server.
