Scheduler automatically adjusts order sequence to ensure delivery schedules are met, while minimizing change-overs. Line rate changes and sales order changes are automatically imported in real time, so the production runs continuously on an optimized schedule. From here, operators use a single click to select each order, which automatically configures all equipment to meet the constraints of the scheduled order, without any operator adjustments.
Our Customized Production Database stores the information of all customer needs and equipment profiles. This database is used to automatically configure equipment correctly for each customer order or SKU. This happens as soon as the Operator selects the scheduled order for each line, reducing change over time and eliminating all human error.
