RegScan State Registers are fully searchable online databases that contain full-text versions of all final rule changes and proposed state regulations. State Register databases contain up-to-date notices about regulations, as well as pending and final changes to existing ones. Both final and proposed rules are included. Just like our Federal Register service, RegScan’s State Register databases will be updated as often as new information is published.

Federal and State Registers run in conjunction with LookOut, a unique search tool that lets you set up an unlimited number of term-based queries for your areas of interest. These queries automatically run every day, and they always return highly specialized results. Changes are pushed right to your online dashboard or inbox.
State registry data is also compatible with ALL the souped-up search features in RegScan One. Sort data by jurisdiction and agency, by citation, OR by entering specific keywords and phrases. Search tips are built right into the system, so even novice users can quickly become experts.
State Registers contain all regulatory changes published after July 1, 2012, but some databases go back further. Full-text state Environmental, Health and Safety regulations are also available for all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Two Internet delivery versions are offered:

- State version: covers both state and federal EH&S regulations
