Format:

The course is composed of 6 sections. Learners follow the course at their own pace, usually covering each section in several shorter sessions, with a combination of video courses and exercises. Additional time can be spent checking optional material such as articles and case studies.

The "5 Steps to Maintenance" course provides the learner with a deep and practical understanding of all key maintenance concepts, including preventive maintenance and maintenance plan design, asset register and documentation, Work management, as well as Failure analysis and Maintenance performance management. Popular methods (RCM, TPM, …) are explained and integrated into a practical approach to maintenance management that can be immediately put to use in a Chinese plant.
