ExpressTime is a telephone based automated timekeeping system that goes far beyond just accurate timekeeping. This software offers you the ability to take hold of your business by tracking everything from employee work time, supply usage, and overall budgets and statistics. ExpressTime helps ensure quality customer service by making sure your employees are where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be, giving you more time to focus on other aspects of the business. If a scheduled employee doesn’t clock in or clocks in late you will be notified via text message, giving you peace of mind.

The Exceptions/Quick Edit menu puts all of your exception issues on one editable screen, allowing for quick, precise management.

GPS Tracking

KeyTime Mobile, a web-based tool, allows your employees to clock-in via a mobile device, giving you the chance to track their GPS location.

Supply Tracking

Each building has an Approved Supplies tab, where you input which supplies each individual client uses. No more guessing about deliveries!

Supervisor Notifications

Once your schedules are set up, supervisors can receive SMS messages or a phone call with alerts of late clock-ins or no-shows, eliminating missed assignments.

Detailed Reports

Useful for tracking trends, reports can be filtered by date, employee, building, work group, business type, service, area, building status, and more.

Stay Mobile

Use your phone or tablet too! You can view all your ExpressTime schedules, clock-ins, clock-outs, and more through our web app. The information is read-only, but you will have everything you need to keep your business running on all cylinders.
