All of the information supporting the author contracts is located in one central integrated database. Author and contributor information is located in the central contacts database and linked to remove duplication of effort.

The contracts database covers and extensive amount of information including contract documents, duration, accounting and copyright details, contract headers and paragraphs.
Royalties Database
The Royalties database provides great flexibility including rights scope, royalty rules (breaks and bands), Payees (linked to contacts to remove duplication), advances and ad-hoc payments.
Royalty Contracts
Contracts can be generated directly from the database using the single source of data and standard Microsoft Word document merge. This reduces administration and legal expenses and drives towards a more standard approach to contracts.
