Unicorn - Version POZEM -CRP Stages Design Software Tool

POZEM is designed to provide support for the entire process of complex land reparcelling. With all tasks as automated as possible, the tool provides you with a convenient environment for the design of new arrangement of land. Outputs conform to the applicable legislation and meet all requirements of the submitter (the Land Office, LO).

With POZEM, you can prepare and submit all stages of complex reparcelling (CRP) in the Bentley environment. The system functionality can be divided into 5 areas:
  • Data Input – LR data (VFK, VKM, DGN formats), Forest Management Institute (FMI) maps (in XML format), other map data from various sources (DGN format), and any surveys (lists of coordinates) are loaded into your CRP using import tools
  • Data Pre-processing – A set of functions is used to topologically “clean up” the drawings and attach non-graphical information to them (e.g. links to LR data).
  • Handling of Claims – Based on the maps and drawings provided, the system automatically calculates the surface area, price, and distance between various plots of land, quantifying summarised values of claims for certificates of titles and generating tables of claims, including graphical attachments with market land plots of specific owners.
  • Drawing Up Plots – Use POZEM to draw up land plots (parcels) and receive immediate calculations of surface area, price, and distance, and its comparison with claim values. All attribute particulars can be added to newly drawn up plots of land automatically to generate necessary graphic and text reports.
  • Generating Outputs – Each CRP stage can be exported in VFP format. A range of validators, identical to the validators used by LO branches, can be used before this export. You may convert the result into a DCM (digital cadastral map) and export it in the VFK format to be submitted to CUZK (Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre).
