Vissim Vessel Traffic Management Application integrates data from sensors such as radar, AIS, CCTV and drone, VHF, Metocean sensors and satellite data, and provides real-time detection, tracking and monitoring of sea traffic and vessels’ information to produce situational awareness.
The Application is proven incredible reliable and robust and is currently in operation on several hundred small, medium scale and large VTMS systems worldwide. It is built up around a large system architecture, supporting hierarchy of control rooms and multiple sensor sites. It runs over WAN/LAN, can be hosted on premises, in cloud or on client IT infrastructure. Vissim Vessel Traffic Management Application includes a large library of interfaces for a wide range of hardware manufacturers and models. For radar manufacturers in particular, the application supports solid state and magnetron radars from all the major radar manufacturers.
