BRight - Aerial Platform Training Course

The onsite hands-on corporate Scissor Lift training, was specially developed to assist those individuals that struggle with illiteracy in the workplace, as well as save companies valuable time and money.

Our classroom sessions, as well as our online Aerial Platform certification, is designed for a new operator or a refresher course, where you or your employee have to get recertified. This process will be the same as a new trainee. You will also require fall arrest training when working at heights. (Also available online). All safety training courses.

The mobile elevated platform training is divided into two segments.

• Part one - Consists of an in class theoretical course which includes a competency evaluation (true & false test) and review.
• Part two - Consists of an on site evaluation which will verify the individuals ability to operate a specific elevated aerial work platform, in a safe manner.

Review related sections of the OHS Act, CSA Standards, and Scaffold Industry Association of Canada specifications.

• Operating unsafe equipment or perform unsafe acts.
• Outline fines & penalties for improper use of the equipment.
• Lifting device & mobile equipment definitions.
• Complete review of "fall arrest" required, and recommended.
• Pre-shift equipment inspection and work area survey requirements.
• Review site specific Hazards, and controls for safe operation of a Aerial Lift.
• Fifteen key elements for safe operation of a "Power Elevated Mobile Aerial Work Platform."

Train The Trainer Review

• You may have as many as four (4 trainee’s per session
• Training to cover Train the Trainer program ONLY for overhead crane, forklift training and aerial platform training.
• Your trainer will only be certified to train your employees
• Your trainer will have access to our training program through our on-line training site – they can train one person at a time or a group of people at one time.
• Once your trainer has completed the classroom theory portion, then participants will take the online exam. After achieving a minimum score of 90%, the trainer will log into the account to retrieve the evaluation form – your trainer will evaluate the person operating the equipment.
• When your trainer is satisfied the participant can safely and efficiently operate the equipment, your trainer faxes the competed evaluation to 866-735-0292 and we will deposit your certificate/wallet card in your accout where you can print it off.
