This 1-day course is designed for persons who need to understand the basics of water programs authorized by the Clean Water Act (CWA). The course covers such essential topics as water permitting and compliance; storm water permitting and compliance; spill prevention, control and countermeasures planning and compliance; wetlands permitting; and other CWA programs.
