Lee Kwok Weng, is a Barrister and an Advocate & Solicitor, holds double masters in Law & Engineering. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and has been and still is an active Council member of IES. He has worked for almost 12 years managing and administering engineering and construction project contracts before he switched to the legal profession. As a lawyer in private practice, he has represented a number of clients in negotiating EPC contracts as well as in arbitrations and court litigations involving EPC contracts.
