GSA’s Continuing Education Units (CEU)
The Geological Society of America offers Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s) for many of its professional development activities — including short courses, training workshops, field trips, and internships. One CEU is a nationally recognized unit of achievement that is based upon 10 contact hours of learning. CEU’s are awarded by organizations for continuing education programs that conform to recognized standards for responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.
