IOSH Working Safely Trainings
This is a one-day course covering all the basics of health and safety in a high-impact interactive format. The course is designed as a fun way to deliver the information that delegates need to know in practice. It aims to be light on technical jargon and includes scenarios drawn from genuine work situations to drive home the practical points. The day includes assessments, which carries IOSH Certification.
Objectives
Delegates receive a sound grounding in the essentials of health and safety for all workers. Primary focus is on why health and safety is important. Practical emphasis on how changing behaviour can make a real difference to delegates’ own and other people’s welfare. Introduction to basic environmental issues.
Who should attend
This course is suitable for people from any sector and at any level who need an understanding of the essentials of occupational health and safety. No prior knowledge is assumed.
Duration
This is a one-day course, which can be run as two half-days if preferred.
