Lead Safety Training for Construction
Lead exposure is a common hazard found in many workplaces and construction sites, and is a leading cause of workplace illness. Proper lead safety precautions can prevent damage to the nervous system and other vital organs.e.
The purpose of this Lead Safety course is to provide an awareness of the OSHA regulations and is designed to help prevent overexposure to lead in the workplace. At the completion of this course, the student should be able to understand lead regulations, recognize lead hazards, understand acute and chronic symptoms as well as training requirements, to determine the proper level of prevention and protection, and to understand proper lead disposal techniques.
This fully narrated course is broken up into 6 units. There will be knowledge check quizzes throughout these units to help keep the learner on pace. These quizzes will prepare you for the final, which you will take at the end of the course.
After passing the final with a score of 70% or better, you will be able to print a personalized certificate with your name, the course you passed, the date taken, certificate number, as well as our company information should anyone need to verify the authenticity of the certificate.
