Course Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites required to take thgis course. However, information and training is needed on your company`s sitespecific procedures, as well as any equipment related to confined space entry, including but not limited to respiratory protection, other personal protective equipment, atmospheric monitoring equipment, ventilation equipment, and emergency response / rescue. The employer is responsible for providing and documenting any/all additional training required per OSHA.

Quiz Information
Each section of this course is followed by a short quiz on the content of that section. Students must correctly answer 80% of the quiz questions to proceed to the next section. The section quizes can be attempted three times. Failure to score at least 80% on any section quiz after three attempts will require the student to repeat that section.

Exam Information
